Where are you located? Do you offer mobile appointments?

I am located in a office building near St Joe’s hospital in Joliet. The address is 310 N Hammes Ave Suite LL7. Joliet, IL 60435. If you are unable to come to me, I do offer mobile appointments at your home, in a 15 mile radius from my office for an additional $50 travel fee. How long are the appointments and what is the fee?

Appointments start and end on time. Appointments are 90 minutes in length and are $75. A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This fee is applied to your appointment.

Do you take insurance?

I do not take insurance. However, I do accept HSA cards.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 24 hour notice is requested for any reschedules or cancellations. Any cancellations or reschedules without a 24 hour notice will result in the $50 deposit being forfeited.
